- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp cumin

Instructions
- In a tagine pot or large pan, heat the olive oil and add the sliced onions. Cook until soft and translucent.
- Add the minced garlic, chopped tomatoes, bell pepper, potatoes, and all the spices (cumin, ginger, paprika, salt, and black pepper). Mix well and cook for a few minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
